Brilliant stuff - You can put aside the Tabasco sauce and keep the Worcestershire in the fridge

The short story: This is one great sauce. The longer story follows:
If you like Tabasco on your eggs or on your pizza, you can put that bottle aside. Use Brenarsky's "Turn up the Heat" instead. While not as "hot tasting" as other hot sauces, Brenarsky's actually enhances flavor. It does not hide flavor through the tongue-burning sensation you get from other hot sauces.
We also use Brenarsky's as a replacement for Worcestershire. We add it to hamburgers when we mix them, and, of course to Blood Mary's. In any recipe where you see Worcestershire, you can have a better taste experience by using Brenarsky's concoction of spices.
Use Brenarsky's for spice, a nice touch of hotness, and solid flavor enhancement. You can't go wrong.
