Brenarsky's Smokey Sausage Chili Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 large onion chopped
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 pound smoked sausage sliced 1/4" thick each slice halved
1 16 oz. can kidney beans drained
1 cup Picante sauce
1 cup V8 juice
1 8oz. can tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Brenarsky's seasoning
Brown ground beef with onion in large pan. Sprinkle chili powder and cumin over meat, cook and stir one minute. Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionaly. Ladle into bowls, top as desired with shredded cheese sour cream, diced avocado, or additional Brenarsky's.
